A little bit about Rylstone

Stacey Philpott

Nestled close to the western fringes of the Great Dividing Ranges lies an undiscovered gem, the village of Rylstone. Just 3 hours from Sydney or 3.5 hours from Newcastle, this quiet but friendly town offers an opportunity for the traveller to kick back and enjoy all the region can offer - from architectural delights to picturesque scenery, there is certainly something for everyone.

You can simply relax at one of our coffee shops sipping a flat white or for something slightly more adventurous, you can go for a bush walk around Dunn's Swamp followed by a dip in the water.

Before heading home, make sure you take a stroll of the main street and visit all of our little gift stores, you are bound to find something unique to take home. We have everything from lollies to yarn!

Our little town really does have a lot to offer so make sure you put it on your to do list in the near future - you won't be disappointed, I promise x
